4 slices Albany Low GI White bread

250g steak cooked to your preference and sliced

60ml friend onions

60-80ml roasted marinated peppers

30ml mustard

Butter or margarine (optional)

Butter the bread on the outside of the bread

Spread the mustard on the other side of the bread

Top with sliced steak, fried onions and roasted marinated peppers

Toast the sandwiches in a sandwich press
