On The Go Power Wrap

1 Albany Brown Wrap

¼ cup low-fat plain yoghurt

1 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter

1 tsp honey

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 medium banana

1 tbsp toasted muesli

 

Serves 1

 

  1. Lay out the wrap on a flat, clean kitchen counter.
  2. Add yoghurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon to a small bowl and mix until a smooth, thick consistency is achieved.
  3. Smear the mixture out onto the wrap. 
  4. Slice a banana in half lengthways and place down in the center of the wrap. Sprinkle with muesli, roll up and toast.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
