2 slices of Albany Superior Low G.I. White Bread

Ribbons of carrot and cucumber

Roast onion cream cheese

Chives

Spread butter and cream cheese onto the 2 slices of bread.

Cut into 4 equal quarters.

Place ribbon of cucumber and carrot onto each quarter, folding over to make them fit perfectly.

Place the other quarter on top and then take chives and wrap them around the mini sarmie like a present.
