Made with Brown Bread
VIEW BREAD BENEFITSAlbany Superior Brown Bread
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 cup Cross & Blackwell Mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 red onion, chopped
1tbsp chopped parsley
Serves: 4
Rub the chicken breast in oil and seasoning
Heat a griddle pan and grill the chicken breast
Remove from the heat and allow to cool before chopping into chunks
Make the mayonnaise by stirring together the garlic powder, mayonnaise and chopped celery
Stir together the mayonnaise and the chunky chicken pieces, chopped red onions and parsley
Butter the bread on a work surface
Place the chicken mayonnaise mix evenly over 4 slices
Close up the sandwich
Toast until golden brown and serve
