350ml Leftover curry
4 slices of Albany Superior Brown Bread
60ml Carrot salad
Brush the 4 slices of Albany Superior Brown Bread with butter on 1 side
Place the curry onto 2 slices of bread (on the unbuttered side)
Place other bread slice on top and place in the toaster press.
Toast until bread is golden brown, then remove from toaster.
Remove the top slice of bread and fill with carrot salad and replace bread slice.
Cut into halves and serve.
