
2 slices of Albany Multigrain Brown
2 eggs, medium boiled
Thinly sliced radishes
Butter or margarine (optional)
Freshly chopped chilli (to taste)
1 Avocado
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper
Toast the Albany Multigrain Brown
Butter the slices of bread (optional)
Smashed avo:
Butter the slices of bread (optional)
Smashed avo:
- Mash the avo with a fork, add a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Spread the avo on the toast
- Top with thinly sliced radish
- Slice the boiled egg in two and place on top of the avo
- Sprinkle with chopped chilli
