2 slices of Albany Multigrain Brown
2 eggs, medium boiled
Thinly sliced radishes
Butter or margarine (optional)
Freshly chopped chilli (to taste)
1 Avocado
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper

Toast the Albany Multigrain Brown

Butter the slices of bread (optional)

Smashed avo:

Mash the avo with a fork, add a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper. 

Spread the avo on the toast

Top with thinly sliced radish

Slice the boiled egg in two and place on top of the avo

Sprinkle with chopped chilli
