VIEW BREAD BENEFITS2 slices Albany Low GI Wholewheat Bread
Butter or margarine (optional)
2-3 boiled eggs
15ml sriracha
80ml mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Butter both slices of your bread (optional)
Chop the boiled eggs (keeping one aside for the sarmie), stir together with the sriracha and mayonnaise, season to taste
Slice the remaining egg in quarters, place the quarters of boiled egg on the buttered bread.
Then fill with the sriracha egg mayo mix
Top with the remaining slice of buttered bread
