1 Albany Garlic & Herb Wrap
½ tbsp basil pesto
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
Small handful of baby spinach
¼ cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 sundried tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mixed herbs, to taste
Serves 1
- Lay your wrap out on a clean, flat surface.
- Smear some basil pesto onto one half of a wrap. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, some chicken and sundried tomatoes. Season to taste.
- Fold up in such a way that allows the pocket to fit into your toaster (see video) – the filling should be adequately enclosed and the wrap should have no cracks.
- Pop the wrap into your toaster, with the open side facing upwards. Toast, serve and enjoy!
