4 Albany Superior White Buns

1 tin All Gold baked beans

4 extra large free range eggs

125ml cheddar, grated

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Scoop out the centre of your buns, making sure not to go through the bottom.

Place 2 spoons of beans in each hole, then some cheese and top with an egg.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover the tray with foil.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or for as long as it takes for your eggs to cook to your desired doneness.

Garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
