VIEW BREAD BENEFITS2 slices Albany Superior Low G.I. White Bread
15ml dark chocolate, melted
30-45ml crunchy peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
1 egg
Pinch of cinnamon
Lightly beat the egg with a pinch of cinnamon.
Dip the bread in the mixture and fry in a medium heat pan until golden on both sides.
Slice the banana.
Spread peanut butter onto the hot toast, layer on the banana and drizzle with melted chocolate. Yum!
