2 slices Albany Superior White Bread
A small round cutter
15ml cream cheese or mayonnaise
1 tomato, deseeded and cut into large slices
2 slices cheddar cheese, sliced into 3cm strips
30g lettuce, shredded
Take a small round cutter and cut out 3 rounds, in a row, down one slice of bread. See image. Set aside
Spread the cream cheese or mayonnaise onto the remaining slice of bread.
Take the 3 fillings and make a row of each ingredient, starting with the tomato, then the cheese and lastly the lettuce.
Place the slice of bread, with the cut outs, on top of the sandwich to reveal each different layer.
