1 onion, sliced
60ml butter beans, mashed with a fork, seasoned and drizzled with olive oil
1 pork sausage, grilled and sliced in half
Handful of rocket or lettuce
Fresh chilli, chopped and deseeded
60ml grated cheddar
In a medium pan, fry the sliced onion with 15ml olive oil until caramelized.
Layer the butter bean mash, onions, pork sausage, cheddar, chilli and rocket onto the bread.
