2 slices Albany Superior Low G.I. Wholewheat Brown Bread

50-80g steak, cooked to your liking

30ml caramelized onions

½ avocado

60ml yoghurt

15ml mayo

5ml lemon juice

Fresh lettuce

Cucumber, shaved

Salt & pepper to taste

For the avo spread – blend the yoghurt, avocado, mayo and lemon juice until smooth. Season to taste.

Spread generously onto both slices of bread.

Top with lettuce and sliced steak, and season to taste.

Next, add the onions and shaved cucumber.

Top with the second slice and get ready to smash your run!
