  • 4 Albany Superior White Buns
  • Butter or margarine (optional)
  • 60ml basil pesto
  • 125ml pasta sauce
  • 250ml grated mozzarella
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 4 pickles sliced lengthways
  • 125ml roasted marinated peppers
  • 60ml olives 

  • Butter the slices of Albany Superior White Buns (optional)
  • Butter the buns
  • Spread them with basil pesto and then pasta sauce
  • Layer slices salami, pickles, peppers and olives on top of the pasta sauce 
  • Place the tops onto the buns
