- Butter or margarine (optional)
- 60ml basil pesto
- 125ml pasta sauce
- 250ml grated mozzarella
- 8 slices Salami
- 4 pickles sliced lengthways
- 125ml roasted marinated peppers
- 60ml olives
- Butter the slices of Albany Superior White Buns (optional)
- Butter the buns
- Spread them with basil pesto and then pasta sauce
- Layer slices salami, pickles, peppers and olives on top of the pasta sauce
- Place the tops onto the buns
