Made with Low GI Wholewheat Brown Bread
VIEW BREAD BENEFITSFor the herbed cream cheese:
30ml cream cheese
Thyme, chopped finely
Oregano, chopped finely
Salt and pepper
For the toast:
2 slices Albany Superior Low G.I. Wholewheat Brown Bread, toasted and buttered
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Fresh oregano, chopped
For the cream cheese, mix the oregano, thyme and seasoning.
Spread onto toast.
Place slices of tomato on top of cream cheese and garnish with chopped oregano.
