Creamy Chicken and Coleslaw Buns

80ml mayonnaise

45ml sour cream

1 small green cabbage, shredded

2 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated

3 spring onions, finely sliced

1 apple, deseeded and cut into thin matchsticks (optional)Salt and mil

led black pepper

 

To serve:

4 Albany Superior White Buns, sliced

4 chicken schnitzels

4 slices cheese (optional)

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and toss well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper.

 

To serve:

Cook the schnitzels according to packet instructions and keep warm.

Arrange the schnitzels on the bread rolls.

Top with a slice of cheese if desired, followed by the creamy coleslaw.

Serve at once.
