Cheesy Roll-Ups with Tomato Dippers
Albany Superior 700g White Bread
Made with White Bread

6 slices of Albany Superior White Bread, crusts cut off

12 slices of Cheddar cheese

Butter for frying

Tomato sauce for dipping

Toothpicks (optional)

Cut of the crusts from your bread and roll each slice thin and flat using a heavy rolling pin.

Then lay 2 slices of cheese on each slice of bread.

Roll up and, if necessary, secure with a toothpick.

Fry on a medium heat until the cheese has melted and the toast has turned golden brown.

Serve with a tomato sauce dipper.
