Albany Superior White Buns

2 chicken breasts, butterflied and grilled

60ml chutney

Slices of cheddar

Lettuce

Tomato slices

Onion/red onion, thinly sliced rings

Chips/ fries

 

Grill the chicken breasts until cooked

Once grilled baste the chicken breasts in chutney 

 

To make the burger:

Cut the buns across in half 
Butter the buns on both sides
Layer the lettuce, tomato, chicken breast, then cheese and finally onion rings 
Place the top bun over the filling to finish the burger. 
Serve with fries
