60ml of your favourite atchar
Lemon wedge/ juice
Butter or margarine (optional)
Butter the slices of bread
Place 2 -4 tablespoons of atchar onto 1 slice of bread, draining off some of the oil if you wish
Slice the avocado and place on top of the atchar.
Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice
