Strawberry Cream Cheese Sarmies

Made with Best of Both White Bread

4 slices of Albany Superior Best of Both White Bread

45ml cream cheese

15ml icing sugar

Strawberries, sliced lengthways

Icing sugar for dusting

Sprinkles and extra strawberries for garnish

Using a heart shaped cutter cut out your shapes.

Mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar and spread it onto half of your heart shapes.

Arrange the strawberry slices neatly onto your cream cheese.

Top with another heart shaped slice of bread.

Here we cut out a smaller heart shape in the middle of half our hearts.

Dust with icing sugar and sprinkles.
