Peanut Butter Pudding
Albany Superior 700g Brown Bread
Made with Brown Bread

5 Slices of Albany Superior Brown Bread

3 eggs

5ml vanilla

60ml milk

60ml yogurt

2,5ml salt

80ml Peanut butter

3-4 bananas

30ml sugar

Cut the slices of bread in half

Slice the bananas lengthways into 3 slices per banana

Place the bread and banana upright into a baking dish

Alternate banana and bread

Whisk together the milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla and salt

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir into the egg mixture

Pour this over the bread and banana and cover with clingwrap or foil.

Leave to soak in the fridge overnight or for at least a good few hours

Take out the fridge and sprinkle the sugar over the top

Bake in 200c oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown 

Serve with yogurt or whipped cream
