Slices of Albany Superior White Bread, crusts cut off
Cucumber, cut into sticks, 0,5cm by 0,5cm
Carrot, cut into sticks, 0,5cm by 0,5cm
Soy sauce for serving
Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin.
Layer your fillings along the middle, making sure to leave space on either side of the filling.
Spread mayonnaise on one edge of each slice.
Roll up the filling, ending up with the mayonnaise side at the end, to seal it.
Cut each sushi roll into 2 or 3 pieces.
Dip some ends in sesame seeds
