6 slices of Albany Superior White Bread
125g smooth cream cheese
15 – 30ml icing sugar, sifted
100g chocolate spread
Hundreds and thousands
Chocolate vermicelli or chocolate shavings
Use heart-shaped, butterfly-shaped or other shape cutters, to cut shapes out of the bread. The leftover bread and crusts can be used to make breadcrumbs for other dishes.
Place the cream cheese into a small mixing bowl, with the sifted icing sugar and mix well, until the mixture is smooth and combined. Spread the mixture over half of the bread cut outs.
Spread the chocolate spread onto the remaining cut-outs.
Top all of the bread shapes with either 100s and 1000s, chocolate vermicelli or chocolate shavings.
