2 slices Albany Superior Low G.I. White Bread

Butter for spreading

30ml cream cheese

5ml Stevia (optional)

6 strawberries, hulled and chopped

2-3 mint leaves chopped

Toast 2 slices of bread.

Mix the Stevia and cream cheese together.

Butter the toast and then spread on the cream cheese mixture.

Arrange the strawberries onto the toast and garnish with mint leaves.
