VIEW BREAD BENEFITS2 slices Albany Ultima Kilojoule Controlled* Brown Bread, toasted
15ml wholegrain mustard
60ml cream cheese
1 soft boiled egg
Handful wild rocket
Salt & pepper
Mix together the cream cheese and wholegrain mustard.
Spread the mixture on the toast and top with the wild rocket.
Peel and slice the boiled egg in half.
Place on top of the rocket and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
