Albany Superior White Buns

4 Albany Superior White Buns

2 tbsp Butter 

Oil/ butter for frying 

250g streaky bacon 

4 eggs

1 tomato sliced

¼ cup All Gold Tomato Sauce

1 tsp salt 

½ tsp black pepper


Serves: 4

Cut the buns in half, butter them and toast in a pan

Fry the bacon in a hot pan 

Next, soft fry the eggs 

Toast the buns in a medium heat pan 

To assemble spread the bottom bun with tomato sauce 

Top with a slice of tomato, then bacon, and soft fried eggs

Season with salt and pepper and top with the final bun
