VIEW BREAD BENEFITS2 slices of Albany Superior Low G.I. Wholewheat Brown Bread, toasted
Butter
½ a tin of baked beans
2 boiled eggs
Avocado, peeled and sliced
Lemon wedges
Rocket
Salt and pepper
Butter the toast. Place baked beans on toast, and then top with sliced avocado.
Next add slices of boiled eggs.
Season to taste.
Garnish with rocket and a squeeze of lemon juice.
