Unicorn toast

Lightly toast the slices of bread.

Divide the cream cheese into 3 bowls and add a tiny drop of food colouring to each portion of cream cheese and stir.

On one edge of each of the slices of toast, place 3 dollops of the 3 colours of cream cheese.

Spread with a knife and decorate with sprinkles. Cut flower or star shapes from the banana slices and decorate with the shapes.
