Cross and Blackwell mayonnaise
2 slices cheese
¼ avocado, sliced
peanut butter
Using a star cookie cutter, cut a star shape out of the centre of 3 of the slices of bread.
Spread the remaining bread slices with butter or margarine.
Spread one of the slices with mayonnaise and top with slices of cheese.
Place the avo slices on another piece of bread.
Spread the final slice of bread with peanut butter.
Top the 3 sandwich variants with the star cut out slices of bread.
