Perfectly Poached Eggs with Garlicky Greens

2 slices Albany Ultima Multigrain Brown Bread, toasted

Green beans

Garlic clove, chopped

Olive oil for frying

2 eggs

15ml vinegar

Water for poaching

Place a saucepan of water on the stove and add the vinegar.

Once it is bubbling gentle drop in your eggs and cook until your preferred doneness.

While the eggs are poaching, sauté the garlic and green beans in olive oil until just cooked.

Once the eggs are cooked to your liking remove form the water using a slotted spoon and drain before placing on plate.

Serve with green beans and toast.
