  • Butter or margarine (optional)
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 125g Crispy bacon rashers
  • 15ml peri peri sauce
  • 60ml mayonnaise
     

  • Slice and toast the buns
  • Butter the buns
  • For the peri peri mayonnaise:
  • Mix together the mayonnaise and peri peri sauce
  • Spread the rolls with butter and then peri peri mayonnaise
  • Fill with bacon and fried eggs
