- 2 Albany Best of Both White Rolls
- Butter or margarine (optional)
- 2 fried eggs
- 125g Crispy bacon rashers
- 15ml peri peri sauce
- 60ml mayonnaise
- Slice and toast the buns
- Butter the buns
- For the peri peri mayonnaise:
- Mix together the mayonnaise and peri peri sauce
- Spread the rolls with butter and then peri peri mayonnaise
- Fill with bacon and fried eggs
