BLT Mzansi Style
Made with Albany Superior Brown Rolls
- Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and chillies for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the curry powder, carrots, cabbage and green peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Increase the heat and add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon some chakalaka into each roll.
- Top with a piece of boerewors and some lettuce leaves, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Serve with the extra chakalaka.
