BLT Mzansi Style



  1. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and chillies for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the curry powder, carrots, cabbage and green peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat and add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

To serve:

  1. Spoon some chakalaka into each roll.
  2. Top with a piece of boerewors and some lettuce leaves, tomato and coriander leaves.
  3. Serve with the extra chakalaka.
