Triple Stack Peanut Butter and Jam Finger Sandwiches

Made with Albany Superior White Bread

Method

  1. Spread half of the peanut butter onto one slice of white bread and top with the apricot jam.
  2. Spread half of the peanut butter onto one slice of brown bread and top with the mixed fruit jam.
  3. Stack the sandwich together starting with the apricot jam slice, then the mixed berry jam slice and ending with the last slice of white bread.
  4. Cut the crusts off the bread and slice the sandwich into 3 fingers.
