Kid Friendly Sushi

Made with Albany Superior White Bread


  1. Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin.
  2. Layer your fillings along the middle, making sure to leave space on either side of the filling.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one edge of each slice.
  4. Roll up the filling, ending up with the mayonnaise side at the end, to seal it.
  5. Cut each sushi roll into 2 or 3 pieces.
  6. Dip some ends in sesame seeds
