Chocolate Hearts and 100s and 1000s Butterflies
Made with Albany Superior White Bread
- Use heart-shaped, butterfly-shaped or other shape cutters, to cut shapes out of the bread. The leftover bread and crusts can be used to make breadcrumbs for other dishes.
- Place the cream cheese into a small mixing bowl, with the sifted icing sugar and mix well, until the mixture is smooth and combined. Spread the mixture over half of the bread cut outs.
- Spread the chocolate spread onto the remaining cut-outs.
- Top all of the bread shapes with either 100s and 1000s, chocolate vermicelli or chocolate shavings.
