Chocolate Hearts and 100s and 1000s Butterflies

Made with Albany Superior White Bread

Method

  1. Use heart-shaped, butterfly-shaped or other shape cutters, to cut shapes out of the bread. The leftover bread and crusts can be used to make breadcrumbs for other dishes.
  2. Place the cream cheese into a small mixing bowl, with the sifted icing sugar and mix well, until the mixture is smooth and combined. Spread the mixture over half of the bread cut outs.
  3. Spread the chocolate spread onto the remaining cut-outs.
  4. Top all of the bread shapes with either 100s and 1000s, chocolate vermicelli or chocolate shavings.
