Cheesy Roll-Ups with Tomato Dippers

Made with Albany Superior White Bread


  1. Cut of the crusts from your bread and roll each slice thin and flat using a heavy rolling pin.
  2. Then lay 2 slices of cheese on each slice of bread.
  3. Roll up and, if necessary, secure with a toothpick.
  4. Fry on a medium heat until the cheese has melted and the toast has turned golden brown.
  5. Serve with a tomato sauce dipper.
