Cheesy Roll-Ups with Tomato Dippers
Made with Albany Superior White Bread
- Cut of the crusts from your bread and roll each slice thin and flat using a heavy rolling pin.
- Then lay 2 slices of cheese on each slice of bread.
- Roll up and, if necessary, secure with a toothpick.
- Fry on a medium heat until the cheese has melted and the toast has turned golden brown.
- Serve with a tomato sauce dipper.
