Made with Albany Ultima KJ Controlled* Brown Bread


  1. For the oven-dried tomatoes, drizzle the tomato wedges with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place in a 100ÂșC oven for 1 hour until they resemble sundried tomatoes.
  2. Spread both slices of bread with low fat spread and then with coriander pesto.
  3. Top off with sliced turkey, oven dried tomatoes, feta and beetroot.
  4. Close with the second slice of bread and enjoy!
