Perfectly Poached Eggs with Garlicky Greens

- Place a saucepan of water on the stove and add the vinegar.
- Once it is bubbling gentle drop in your eggs and cook until your preferred doneness.
- While the eggs are poaching, sauté the garlic and green beans in olive oil until just cooked.
- Once the eggs are cooked to your liking remove form the water using a slotted spoon and drain before placing on plate.
- Serve with green beans and toast.
