The Best Buns & Butter Pudding
Made with Albany D'Light Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns
- Slice your buns vertically like you would a loaf of bread.
- Butter both sides of each slice.
- Whisk the milk, cream, sugar, eggs and nutmeg together.
- Place your sliced buns into a baking dish.
- Pour over the egg mixture and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve warm.
