The Best Buns & Butter Pudding

Made with Albany D'Light Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns


  1. Slice your buns vertically like you would a loaf of bread.
  2. Butter both sides of each slice.
  3. Whisk the milk, cream, sugar, eggs and nutmeg together.
  4. Place your sliced buns into a baking dish.
  5. Pour over the egg mixture and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Serve warm.
