Berry Berry Yum Cheesecake Buns

Made with Albany D'Light Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns


  1. Cook the berries in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Mix the berries and jam together.
  3. Slice the hot cross buns open.
  4. Spread the bottoms with cream cheese.
  5. Then, top with the berry jam mixture and top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Toast in a sandwich toaster until golden on the outside and creamy gooey on the inside.
  7. Serve hot or cold!
