Berry Berry Yum Cheesecake Buns
Made with Albany D'Light Choc Chip Hot Cross Buns
- Cook the berries in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Mix the berries and jam together.
- Slice the hot cross buns open.
- Spread the bottoms with cream cheese.
- Then, top with the berry jam mixture and top with the other half of the bun.
- Toast in a sandwich toaster until golden on the outside and creamy gooey on the inside.
- Serve hot or cold!
